After weeks of twiddling my thumbs I finally got a chance to use my camera...yaaayyy. Some rumblings and lightning associated with this - enough to put CDF on edge. HDR

I tried photographing the lightning from this storm in san diego about 13 miles southwest from ramona. There was also a thick bluish hail band about a mile south of iron mountain, wonder if you caught that. To answer your question on the other photo about photographing daytime lightning, set the camera on multiburst and keep holding the shutter button. The camera will take a picture every seccond nonstop.
