Rain in JA

Tropical Storm Fay has dumped a lot of rain in JA.
We were most unprepared as Jamaica's focus was watching Usain Bolt become the world's fastest man. Gold for Jamaica at the Olympics!
I guess it doesn't rain... it pours!!!! LOL
