Movement is Northwest at 10mph. Carlotta should become a hurricane later this morning. The main threats for Mexico will be very heavy rain and flash flooding. Other threats will be high winds, mudslides, rough seas, high waves, and rip currents. A Hurricane Warning is in effect from Punta Maldonado, Mexico to Salina Cruz, Mexico.
