Synopsis For Northern California Waters
High pressure offshore and a low pressure trough over the California interior will maintain moderate to strong north winds over the offshore waters with gusts to gale force mainly south of Cape Mendocino. These winds will maintain steep seas for the outer waters through thurs night. Winds will ease late in the week as the high offshore weakens.
