Virgin Islands waters... a 1030 mb high pressure at the surface dominates the Atlantic Ocean and is bringing moderate east southeast flow to the local area. This pattern will remain in place with the exception of a low pressure migrating westward in the tropical Atlantic from around 30 west and then northwest and away from the area.
